1. Eligibility
· Timeframe: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
· Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
· Exceptions:
o Final sale items (e.g., discounted/clearance products).
o Opened skincare/soaps (for hygiene reasons).
